Outfit post - an afternoon's happy snapping

Hello again.
Today I have mostly been wearing...

Hoody- Republic
Shirt- Thrifted
Vest- New Look
Jeans- Internacionale
Booties- God-knows-so-very-old

Got on Lush's snow fairy lip tint here, just thought I'd throw that in there instead of leaving y'all with a big fat unannounced pic of my  face.

I heart moss green check. It's brushed cotton too; mmmm textury!
and only a fiver  from a charadee shop , win!

Mood bear, had him all my life, love him lots.

As promised a *slightly* better  'swatch' of OPI rainbow connection, in an updated review,
this is the most chippy polish I have ever encountered. Still awesome though.

My philosophy & ethics exam is this Wednesday, so I'm spending my time revising and bricking it in equal measure, it could be the make or break as to whether I can actually continue with my course so yes, pressure, hello.

Other than this, life passes me by as usual, though I do have a birthday trip to Peterborough planned early next month, so that is a thing for looking forward to, which always helps!

The week in pictures

Okay, so maybe last week in pictures :p

1. First week back at college, DOOM, as you can probably see I have a problem with early mornings, I do not function properly before 10:00am! Also we now have to wear these vile identification tags; they spelt my name wrong -__- you would have thought after 7 years....MY NAME IS SARA NOT SARAH! *eyeroll*

2. & 3. I have basically been living off ham rolls and white chocolate spread on rice cakes all week, ahh the diet of a student!

4. Camera troubles-  been getting to grips with my (poor) blog photography, I'm not in love with the pictures so far what do you think? it's 12.5 MP, so surely that'a a fairly good quality picture? I'd really love some feedback though about the current format of the outfit post specifically, what do you think of the quality/lighting/angles/area?

5.& 6. The Stash. I've seen bigger, but mine is still pretty loaded, the amount of lip balm is near horrifying, but with Lush launching new products and discon's this week, my shelves will be heavy, and my purse will be light! Me thinks an Ebay/blog sale clear out is due, or else that shelf is just going to come clean away from the wall!

Also I just wanted to say thank you for all the lovely comments on my 'footloose and make-up free' post, and it was really interesting to hear all your opinions on make-up and how much or how little you like to, or feel you have to wear. For me it's a choice I made in order to keep my skin spot-free, so perhaps if that weren't the case I might feel entirely different about, all in all, I think anything goes as long as you feel happy with it.

Secret Lush shhhh!

As you may have seen on twitter/facebook/forum Lush have had a 'secret' product launch, and after 12 long days of cryptic clues, and excruciating picture snippets, we've finally got the first full pics of the 16 new products.

Middle pic:

phoenix rising ballistic- spicy scent

Bottom pic:
Lust- soap/deo???
Top pic:

Unfortunately they've released barely any info to go along with the pics! I've popped all that I know under the pics for you. The new website was meant to go live on 1st complete with all the new products, but agonisingly they've had problems with security so it's been delayed for the foreseeable future *gah!*
I hope it's up soon though because I know I'm not the only one dying to get a Lush fix. I'm particularly lusting after the dry shampoo at the moment (I have been known to use talc as a substitute!) since I'm so lazy with washing my hair, and shampooing is the enemy for a bottle red head. What catches you eye?
