Frocky coad

As your eyes will tell you, I've had a bit of a change of the blog. Please do tell me what you think of it, all honesty much appreciated!

Rocky road
Fridge cake
Ingredients

Margarine- 4oz
Cocoa- 3tbs
Golden Syrup- 3tbs
Digestives- 8oz
Raisins- 5oz
Hazelnuts- 5oz

How to:

Melt the margarine, golden syrup and cocoa on a low heat in a large saucepan (largeness is essential for future mixing!) until it reaches a smooth, runny consistency and everything is thoroughly melted and combined.

Break up the digestives into small chunks and add to the saucepan along with the raisins and hazelnuts. (or whatever else you've chosen) Mix and coat all the dry ingredients compleatly.

once that's done plop it into a preferably shallow (inch?) tin or foil a tray and smooth the top with the back of a spoon so it's reasonably level. If you want you can coat the top in chocolate of your choice. I would defo recommend this! I've used plain choc and white stars in picture 3.

Now, the long wait- in the fridge it goes for at least a couple of hours, or the freezer if you're impatient. (I'm sure you probably shouldn't do this, and profeshnul types will be screaming at me, but I have, it was fine. And quicker! ^_^)

This was good, you should definitely try it, till' you do, life has not been lived.
